Finding the right Therapist for you is an important first step. You need to feel comfortable in a safe environment where everything we discuss is in complete confidence.

Whatever the problem, talking with someone trained to listen sensitively and empathically can help. As your therapist, I will be non-judgemental, empathic and will work with you to explore your situation and help you to make changes, if that’s what you want to do.
